Je me souviens encore de ce mois de juin 2011, quand je tombais sur une chronique ne tarissant pas d'éloges sur Antagonist, premier album du one-man band slovène Neurotech. Je me suis jeté dessus. La magie a opéré tout de suite. Wulf déploie une énergie incroyable : la batterie au rythme mécanique, le piano à la grandeur glaciale et robotique, le cyber metal flirtant avec la techno... tout est bon ! Le seul bémol est le chant de Wulf, manquant de nuances. Mais pour le reste, exceptionnel !! Jordan Vauvert

Quand on évoque le cyber metal, on pense aux structures carrées, froides comme les machines, on pense à ces futurs (pas si futurs...) dystopiques — et Wulf sait faire tout ça. Mais est-ce qu'on pense à des symphonies ? Peut-être pas immédiatement mais ce ne sont pas les innovations qui lui font peur puisqu'il en écrit depuis 2013 et en rassemble quatre ici ! Cristallines, radieuses, ces épopées instrumentales comptent parmi les musiques les plus fantastiques et ambitieuses de sa discographie ! Jordan Vauvert
